RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

- In case of manufacturing defect, we will take full responsability to refund or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our policy lasts 14 calendar days for all orders placed in UAE and a strictly no return policy for all other markets.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@yascycles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and where applicable restore the situation.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used mechanical components, open goods (such as nutrition or personal care products). We also do not accept returns for used hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items except for exchanges.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in full on your original payment method, on any payments made via Debit/Credit Card 3%  will be deducted from the refunded sum to cover website fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, and the sale items section cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@yascycles.com.

 

Shipping - To return or exchange your product, you should email us at customercare@yascycles.com so we can direct you to the correct shipping address for your specific product.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return or exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
